Our client, part of an international organisation, has been established in the UK for more than 50 years and is recognised and respected as one of the UKs leading suppliers of commercial contract cleaning services delivered through a network of more than 350 franchisees.  The company, with a turnover in excess of c£28M has over time expanded its services to include office, retail, hotel, school and college cleaning as well as providing a range of specialist ancillary services.

The company provides cleaning services to any business spanning all sectors of commerce and industry in both the public and private sectors ranging from SME’s to blue-chip national accounts and whilst National Account contracts by their nature are negotiated centrally: delivery is through the company’s franchise network.  This is a strategically important (and almost unique) sales role selling to end users but having the commercial acumen and gravitas to ensure that Franchisees are engaged to support the operational delivery of National Account contracts alongside their ‘own-grown’ customers
Our ideal candidate will certainly be a person with proven sales skills as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills together with a stable and progressive career to date.   A proven record of success and achievement in the commercial contract cleaning services arena is absolutely essential.  This is a unique role, requiring a candidate who has empathy with the customer, who can walk the operational line and provide strong leadership to ensure delivery through the franchise network – providing training, support, and motivation to ensure SLA’s, and Brand standards are met
