Our client is a privately owned Midlands based Events Management Company established for more than 30 years during which time the company has forged an enviable reputation as one of the regions’ leading Conference and Events organisers boasting a portfolio of high profile blue chip clients spanning a range of industry sectors,
 
They provide their clients with a comprehensive inception to delivery project managed service encompassing the full spectrum of Conferences and Events including Venue finding, Road Shows, Product Launches, Awards Ceremonies, and Bespoke Meetings catering from 10 people attending a meeting for one day, to a Conference with more than 2000 delegates running for a week: all delivered to an exceptionally high standard and designed to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
 
This newly created role is a senior position within the business sitting between the Owner/Director and a team of Event/Project Managers and support staff and will present the successful candidate with an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the day to day running and operation of the business.
 
Our ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated Event Manager with a proven record of success and achievement delivering a range of conference and events for a wide and diverse range of larger blue chip clients.  You must possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and be comfortable managing (hands-on) the entire process from initial brief to final invoice.   You will demonstrate a high degree of drive and determination and a minimum of 5 years Events Management experience in the conference and events management arena working for an Events company rather than a specific venue.
