Our client based is part of a successful group of companies offering a range of complimentary and inter-related services and specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of lightweight steel structures, as well as external envelopes, cladding, internal slabs and mezzanine floors.  The steel frame systems are designed, manufactured and installed for houses, apartments and commercial buildings.
 
The company has in recent years achieved consistent YOY growth and has a healthy order book and as part of their planned and strategic growth the company is looking to appoint a Sales / Business Development Manager with a proven record of success and achievement in the light gauge steel framing arena.  As part of this planned expansion we are also looking to appoint a Design Co-ordinator with experience in modern methods of construction
 
These are both newly created positions (not replacements).  The Sales Manager and will initially work alongside the Managing Director to create, implement and deliver a cohesive sales, marketing and PR strategy which will include exhibitions, CPD’s and professional presentations.  It is anticipated that the successful candidate will at some point assume full and autonomous sales responsibility allowing the MD will adopt a more strategic role within the Group.
